Global Trustmark Alliance Organizing Committee
The GTA Organizing Committee is comprised of the trustmark and other organizations around the world that have expressed interest in GTA goals. Trustmark programs and other interested organizations not yet on the Organizing Committee are invited to participate.

A wholly owned subsidiary of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, BBBOnLine's mission is to promote trust and confidence on the Internet through the BBBOnLine Reliability and Privacy Seal Programs. BBBOnLine's web site seal programs allow companies with web sites to display the seals once they have been evaluated and confirmed to meet the program requirements. Approximately 15,000 web sites are qualified to display the BBBOnLine seal. The BBB organization in Canada is coordinated by the Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus.
Eurochambres Eurochambres

Description: Eurochambres, the Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry, was founded in 1958 and is headquartered in Brussels. Through its member organizations, the association represents 1,300 Chambers of Commerce and their 14 million member enterprises in 36 countries. This includes all European Union countries, all accession countries, EFTA, Russia, and several countries in the Mediterranean. Many European Chambers of Commerce and Industry offer arbitration, mediation and conciliation services - both in B2B and B2C disputes. Eurochambres intends to make a pan-European trustmark program available to its members, along with an online dispute resolution technology called "Online Confidence."

Description: FEDMA is the European Federation tor the direct/interactive marketing business dedicated to representing direct marketing in all its forms. FEDMA's objective is to protect and promote the European direct marketing business by creating, through representation, self-regulation and information, acceptance and confidence in direct marketing within a healthy commercial and legislative environment in which the sector can profitably operate and develop. FEDMA has more than 350 direct members and represents more than 10,000 companies indirectly through its national DMA members.

Description:ECOM, as a Japan's center of EC promotion activities, exchanges information and executes collaborative projects with overseas EC-related organizations, such as Japan-Korea joint projects promoted by the Japan-Korea EC Promotion Council. Besides, ECOM participates in UN/CEFACT and OASIS standardization frameworks, ebXML diffusion and promotion activities in Asia, and ADR projects in cooperation with overseas authorities. Ecom works closely with ADR and trustmark programs in Japan to further effective and safe electronic commerce.
The Korean Institute for Electronic Commerce KIEC

Description: The Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce (KIEC), a comprehensive policy research and promotional agency, was established under article 22 of the Basic Law on Electronic Commerce, to effectively and systematically pursue policies supporting electronic commerce. Its main activities include the eTrust mark, the e- Business Prizes and other programs to promote electronic commerce; building trust and infrastructure for electronic commerce; developing and disseminating standards for growing B2B e-commerce; fostering expert human resources and consulting in the area of e-commerce and participating in international activities for standardization and increase of cooperation. The eTrust mark currently has 112 participants.
The Santiago Chile Chamber of Commerce The Santiago Chile Chamber of Commerce and the ABP Alliance

Description: The Santiago Chamber of Commerce (SCC), set up in 1919, has a current membership exceeding 1,420 large, medium-sized and small companies originating from a cross section of main economic sectors. Since its inception the main objective of the SCC has been the staunch support of the trading community interests.

The Chamber is leading a coalition of organizations, the Allianza para las Buenas Prácticas en Internet (ABP), to establish a self regulation, trustmark and dispute resolution organization. ABP members are the Chamber, Asociación de Bancos e Instituciones Financieras (Bank Association), Asociación Chilena de Tecnologías de la Información (Chilean IT Association), Asociación de Proveedores de Internet (Internet Provider Association), Colegio de Abogados de Chile (Bar Association), Universidad de Chile (University of Chile). The Chilean Government is a sponsor of ABP.

CommerceNet CommerceNet, Singapore

Description: CommerceNet was formed in 1994 and had established a reputation as a neutral, eCommerce facilitator and catalyst - helping to create a unified eCommerce movement. CommerceNet Singapore (CNSG) is a not-for-profit organisation, part of the global CommerceNet consortium.

CNSG is part of a global consortium represented in various countries with participation of over 660 corporate entities as members. There are 5 CommerceNet entities in Asia under CommerceNet Asia: CommerceNet Korea, CommerceNet Japan; CommerceNet China/Hong Kong; CommerceNet Taiwan and CommerceNet Singapore (CNSG). CNSG houses the secretariat for CommerceNet Asia. CommerceTrust is CNSG's trustmark program, certified by IDA as meeting IDA standards.

TrustUK TrustUK
Footprint: United Kingdom
Description: TrustUK is a non-profit organisation run by industry, with the full endorsement of the Government. The Board of Directors is made up of consumer representatives and the heads of some of industry's biggest trade associations and organizations committed to ensuring the UK delivers the highest commercial standards of e-commerce.

Trustmark programs in the UK that meet Trustmark standards may allow their existing members to display the TrustUK logo.

Ecomtrust Ecomtrust
Footprint: Europe
Description: Ecomtrust is comprised of member organizations throughout Europe, organized to promote safe electronic commerce. It is administering a pilot project through its Swiss member to implement a trustmark program based on consensus business practice standards developed in a CEN Workshop Agreement.
